Our tutu Halloween costumes are the perfect way to have your little one trick or treating in style!!! All of the costumes are hand created with yards and yards of shimmering tulle and accessorized in a fun and funky way! Available in sizes newborn to adult, assuring we won't leave anyone out! And once Halloween is over, you can use the costume for dress up or use the tutu alone for that special occasion!
