FAQ's
What are your return policies? We only accept returns on defect items or on items that don't fit (i.e. A hat or headband). We will fully refund those items minus the shipping costs.
What sizes do your hats/headbands fit? All of our hats and headbands are one size fits and are both created with 100% cotton. The beanie hats generally fit babies, ages 6 months and older, all they way up to most adults (they fit loosely on my 19 month old, a bit tighter on my 4 year old and snug on me). Our headbands fit ALL ages from newborn to adult.
Are your crocheted hats and headbands available in colors other than those published? Yes, we have a variety of colored crocheted hats and headbands that are available with any and all of our bows/flowers. Hats are available in red, orange, yellow, green, lime green, lavender, purple, burgundy, hot pink, bubble gum pink, pastel pink, white, grey, black, light grey, brown, gold, cappuccino, navy, blue, royal blue and sky blue. In addition, our headbands are available in: baby
blue, white, ivory, lavender, burgundy, red, light pink, hot pink,
orange, yellow, navy blue, teal blue, black, dark brown, tan, emerald
green and lime green. If you would like to order one of these color hats/headbands in place of another bow or flower/hat or headband combonation, please send me a message, along with your order, specifying your request.
Are your items for sale in stores? Yes, our items are available at a variety of Children's boutiques, salons and other establishments in the Southern Wi area with many more being added in the near future. Can I cancel an order once it is placed? Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed.
What do you do with my personal information once my order is placed? Our customer's privacy is of the ut-most importance to us! Your private information will be used soley by us to process the order. We will not sell, share, distribute or display any of your personal information, that is entrusted to us, to third parties.
