A fun and funky way to add that holiday flair!  This toddler sized layered boutique bow is crafted with premium quality grosgrain featuring a drawn heart print.  All ends of the ribbon are heat sealed to prevent fraying.  The bow is then placed on an alligator clip which is lined with a no-slip Gripzie(tm) to prevent it from slipping on even the finest of hair.  The bow is then embellished with a poof of red marabou and a red glitter heart.
