A fun and funky way to accessorize that Valentines day outfit!  This layered boutique bow is crafted with premium quality grosgrain ribbon.  All ends of the ribbon are heat sealed to prevent fraying.  The bow is mounted on an alligator clip which is lined with a no-slip Gripzie(tm) to assure it stays in place on the finest of hair!  And last but not least, the bow is embellished with a poof of white marabou and a glittery white/red heart flat back.
