This tutu is not for the shy or timid!  It is created with yards and yard of shimmering black, hot pink and white tulle on an elastic waistband (which allows your little one to wear it for years to come!).  The waistband is then lined with satin hot pink ribbon and embellished with a zebra print daisy!  As a finishing touch, the tutu features zebra print ribbon throughout to add that extra sass and style!
